Ingredients: red clover (Trifolium pratense), alfalfa (Medicago Sativa), lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis), sweet root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), hops (Humulus lupulus), common wormwood (Artemisia vulgaris), 20 g of dried herbs.
Benefits: antioxidant, hormone stimulant, which has antispasmodic, sedative and hypotensive effects. The set of medicinal plants included in Women’s Tea has the effect of estrogen. Its sedative properties have a positive therapeutic effect on the autonomic nervous system and prevent the development of osteoporosis. The use of the tea helps to reduce or completely disappear vegetative-vascular and psychological disabilities, during the menstrual transition and after menopause (hot flashes, sweating, insomnia, irritability, mood swings, apathy, etc.). The tea can also be used by women of reproductive age with clinical manifestations of estrogen deficiency, including premenstrual syndrome (PMS), dysmenorrhea, bleeding, uterine ovulation, amenorrhea, hypomenstrual syndrome, early menopause, infertility. Despite the presence of phytoestrogens, Women’s Tea does not induce endometrial proliferation and does not increase hormone growth, but rather reduces the risk of breast cancer. It is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding and for women under 18!
How to consume: One filter packet is placed in a teacup with 150-200 ml of boiling water for 10-15 min. The intensity of the tea can be controlled according to individual taste preferences, and it is not recommended to brew the herbs for more than 20 min. Tea for Women is taken chilled, at least 20-25 min. after brewing, strained and taken ½ cup 3 times a day, 20 to 30 min. before meals. To effectively reduce the negative impact of menstrual problems on the body, it is recommended to take 3 teacups per day continuously. Consumption every month is recommended.
